Step 1: Identify
You identify a contract opportunity that you would like to bid for. If you need guidance, we can advise you on the bid/no bid decision.
Step 2: Review & Quote
We review the invitation to tender documentation that the contracting authority has issued, and provide a quotation for you based on the level of support you need and the size and scope of the project.
Step 3: Information gathering.
One of our Bid Consultants works with your team to collect the information and documentation required for the tender response. This is done on site or remotely through a series of interviews.
Step 4:Writing & Proofreading
We complete the tender responses based on your information, our knowledge and expertise, and research. All responses are quality assured and proof read by our team.
Step 5: Final Ammendments
All work is sent to you section by section for final amendments
Step 6: Submission
Any changes are made by us and the final bid is with you ahead of the deadline and ready for submission.
